Equality, Inclusion
& Respect Training
Practical training on equality, inclusion, protected characteristics and respectful workplace behaviour.
Frontline Equality provides lived-experience equality, inclusion and workplace culture training for frontline and public-sector organisations. Founded by Abid Qureshi, with over 25 yearsβ experience within the UK fire and rescue service.
Why this work matters now
Recent fire and rescue reports across England, Scotland and Wales provide a clear example of the culture challenges that can arise in frontline, hierarchical and public-sector workplaces.
While the data relates to fire and rescue services, the themes are relevant across emergency services and wider public-sector teams: dignity, respect, discrimination, bullying, harassment, leadership accountability, trust and safe reporting.
